Introduction to Buddhism and RKUK

Whether you’re curious about Buddhism for the first time, looking to deepen your understanding of its teachings, or exploring ways to bring spiritual practice into your daily life – this is a warm and welcoming way to begin.

This informal session (held online or in person) introduces the basic principles of Buddhism and how they are put into practice within RKUK – a Buddhist community based in London, practised across the UK, and connected with a global movement.

There’s time for open conversation and questions, and no prior knowledge or commitment is required.

If you’re already practising or familiar with the Lotus Sutra or Nichiren’s teachings, we’ll also share how RKUK’s approach offers a unique path grounded in the spirit of Shakyamuni Buddha.

Whatever your background, you are very welcome to join us.
