O-daimoku practice (online: by request)

The on-site practices are suspended due to COVID-19. Everyday service by Director of London Centre is broadcasted by request. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to attend this refreshing practice on Zoom.

Chanting ‘Namu Myoho Renge-kyo’ (known as O-daimoku in Japanese) signifies the vow that we take refuge wholeheartedly in the teachings of the Lotus Sutra and practise it as taught.

We chant O-daimoku forty-five times on this occasion, not in a self-centred manner, keeping an empty mind or thinking of world peace or the happiness of people close to us. This practice will purify both our mind and body.
